I will be using Follistim AQ 600 next month, I will let you know, what my deal is with it.
Due to the cyst I had last month, which I failed to mention. I was very optimus this month. Thankfully it had gone, otherwise, I would have to go on the birth control pill to help it disappear, and maybe change from Femara. but .

Well, since all this my period started. So I was SOL that month.
2nd month wasen't much better. No eggs this time, so no shot.
And YES, the Femara does make you a little depressed and very disapointed. But next month I will be a little prepared for it, and hopefully will be ablt to deal with it better.

Be patient. I know it is easier said than done. I am 40 and I also am new to all this. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years now. I started all this in the new year. I was prescribed Femara on feb 24, i made 2 eggs and got HCG shot on day 12, now my period is 6 days late i am waiting till the weekend to do a pregnancy test. Keep your fingers crossed. (I am 40)
Mine tells me the same. Unless you have full flow, it is not classed as day 1 of your period.
