Hi, really sorry to hear about all the pain you are having. There's an easy solution, no drugs, no side effects, just a little bit of pain to start with (but you've got your pain already, so you won't even notice that one) and in a few minutes all the pain will be gone.

Only doctors can tell you what really can cause this pain. Meanwhile I would highly recommend using Acupressure Mat (Tibetan Applicator) which helps miraculously.
I had a big success with Acupressure Mat (Tibetan Applicator). It helps with most of muscle and joint pain and all sort of upper and low back pain.
