Yes there is a high chance you could be pregnant if you have been having unprotected intercourse. Take a test now it would show up if your pregnant. If you next period doesn't show then go to your GP, Family planning.

If like myself you have a long cycle, It could be that you haven't waited long enough, Discharge is not a positive sign of pregnancy. Have you missed your period?

before you go for your repeat smear take a pregnancy test. Inform your gyno of the result explain to them about your concerns.

If your period is late already then a pregnancy test would show up now.
I think the dollar ones are pretty much the same as the 20$ one,
Your period might all so be as you are getting over an illness.

The pill is not 100% and if you have been having unprotected sex and missed a few pill in the month. Yes there could be a chance of pregnancy being present, before you start your next packet of pills take a at home pregnancy test to be sure you are not.

if you are on the pill, and you and your boyfriend have never had full intercourse then there is very little chance of you being pregnant. IF you are worried ask him to wear a condom as well while you are fooling around, Double protection
