sunshine and all one thing to keep in mind is Necrosis in the foot, because the foot is at the end of the blood flow road. The blood has a hard time getting there. Dan, as I stated you are too young. If it is just scar tissue then yes get it removed. I went through several of those made a difference. What did you doc say about the ankle cartilage? Is it good? Gone? That is going to determine what they will do. With scar tissue make sure you massage it while the wound is healing to help prevent it from develop... more
