Could you please explain what type of exercises you do?
There is a lot of discussion on the boards about neuromuscular dentistry and I am interested in learning more about this. Anyone have a dentist they have had good results with, or websites they would recommend? Please PM me especially if you can suggest anyone in south Florida.
My daugther had a total of almost 7 years in braces. I think this what caused or at least contributed to her joint problems. Are you familiar with condylar resorption? It can be related to arthritis of the TMJ and can cause retrusion of your chin. My daughter was given this diagnosis recently.
