Oh, forgot the plant names. I'm looking into the botanical titles, but indians call them: MULLACA (moo-yaa-kah), Hierba Santa Lucia (Lemon Grass), and Cocona. It's worth the flight to Iquitos Peru. Ask around the tourist sites for one of the newly formed health clinics doing this treatment.
Glad I found this site. I've got to mention something to anyone interested in traveling to Peru. About six months ago I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes. My vision was blurred. Hair was falling out, etc. Doc put me on metaformin combo, and I went thru what most of you speak.
