There are rarely any symptons for high bp (so i've been told). hi, I read somewhere the the worst exercise for people with hbp are squash and sauna's. The squash due to it being a high impact (intensity) sport and sauna because they raise bp. These are the main forms of exercise that I enjoy. So is there any truth in the above statements or am I being over paranoid. Regards paul... more
