I know exactly what you're talking about. I usually call it the "pebble in my throat feeling." whenever I have that it means i'm about to get a head cold, usually due to my sinuses. I think that feeling of having something in your throat is really your inflamed sinuses. I might be totally off, but i'm pretty sure that's what you're talking about... more
I have the very same thing, except it's usually in both eyes, and on very bad days I get intense headaches in my eyes, or behind my eyes. It's definitely a sinus thing because i'm congested and I have pressure around my nose. If I take a shower and blow my nose, the headache subsides so I know its a sinus thing. These headaches are a daily thing... more
