i couldnt believe how many of these symptoms i had.. pretty much all of them except a couple like the vomiting thing.

i have the same exact symptoms.
I'm also a hypercondriac so when i get this lumpy closed up feeling i start to get scared and thinking the worst which only in the end makes it worse. My boyfriend worrys about me cuz i'll be past out asleep and then wake up and freak out cuz my throat will feel closed up and i'll be breathing hard and my heart feels... more
