Accuracy of HIV test?

The HIV test is extremely accurate. The only time the test is ran twice, is when a result is positive, to rule out false positives. The only way you could've contracted HIV is if she was positive, not if you were wearing protection or not. Also, HIV shows up within the first 72 hours.

New to Forum - Bipolar - wake up disoriented

If you're taking that before you go to bed, then that could very well be what's making you "disoriented." When I used to take it, I would wake up feeling weird, and just plain old sucky. Then of course, like you said, once you shake it off, it's better. But, who wants to wake up like that everyday?!

Bipolar is the lack of Lithium in the blood. You body is natually supposed to produce Lithuim. For those of us who are BP means there is no Lithium being produced by the body.
