You really should try to eat some fruits and vegetables. If you can't eat fruits and vegetables maybe you should consider taking some kind of natural supplement to help. Do you take anything now?
This is a good question honeypot. My question is a pill or liquid vitamin the best choice? I've always taken the pill but I've heard a lot lately about liquid being a better option.
My dad just got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He is taking Metformin HCL 750mg. I was wondering if anyone has had good experiences with this drug? He seems to be doing very well. He has lost 9lb. since Christmas. I'm sure that has helped too.

I've been doing a lot of reading lately about natural products and diabetes. Have you heard about taking cinnamon to help control blood sugar levels? Also, herbs that should be helpful are bitter melon, gymnema sylvestra, and guggle. Hope that helps some.
