I justed wanted to mention NutritionalTree which independently rates (DOES NOT SELL) nutritional products. See http://www.nutritionaltree.com/reviews/children/add-adht-products/ for a list of products that they have collected reviews on for ADHD.
A quick update of things I have been learning. I have found out that essential fatty acids are possibly a good way to address ADD (they are proven to help brain development). It possibly is fine for him to take natural products, but ask the doc. Also, beware of fraudulent products. Research natural products at a place like nutritionaltree (and read their buying guide).
Sure, eating healthy will help. But do you really think it can cure or reverse diabetes?
There are Products that have bitter melon for diabetes, instead of drinking tea.
