We are going to be up in the mountains with his parents for a ski trip so unfortunately nothing too romantic (since we'll be with his parents). It'll still be nice and relaxing though!

That looks like a definite positive. To verify she should get to a doctor and have a blood test done, but according to the test you showed she is 99% pregnant. If you need anyone to talk to please come post some more. I know how hard and shocking unplanned pregnancies can be.
