Thanks for all the advise. I had a pelvic ultrasound...all clear. Bloodwork...not in menopause. My OB did a cervical dialation thinking I might have scar tissue from the conization....not the case. I have not been on birth control for 10 years. Before that I was I used an IUD. I have 3 kids, 14,10 and 4. Usually healthy. I have had some spotting, and bleeding after intercourse. I rarely have headaches or migraines. I have been having severe cramping since the last 2 weeks. During my normal cycle I've always only had some mild discomfort.
