so then i wouldn't get in to trouble

im 18 years old and pregnant, but theres one problem my boyfriend is 2 years younger than me. we want to get married so he can give our lil girl his last name, but i think i can get in trouble since i live in california. is there any way we can get married and for me not to get into trouble? some one please help me!
