Leah831, i have always had headaches, migrains included. I'm thrilled that she is doing so well on the topamax, just becareful and make sure she eats. When they had me on it... Yes, I do get the feeling that both my arm and leg are heavy.
Once when I had a grand mal in my sleep I remember thinking that my leg was stiff and heavy like a log.
Sometimes there is also a tingling/numb feeling too.
