Hi I too was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia about 4/5 years ago, which comes and goes, but the last couple of weeks I have been really bad, I have got really bad pain in my stomach and bad back ache, the worst time is in the morning when i wake up about 6am in really bad pain and uncomfortable, is this normal? as i dont remember it being this bad b... more
