As far as I know, one kind of has to do weight training or at least some sort of resistance training (pushups, pullups, squats, etc) along with eating like a beast to gain weight. Also, doing resistance training will help you stay toned, complementing the cardio you're doing.

lowering an EZ curl bar

But when I bend my legs to lower an EZ curl (which is wut I do), it feels like the weight is pulling me down faster than my legs are lowering it, tiring out my lower back...Any ideas?
