Sept 1998 - Diagnosed with a Herniated Disc in Neck March 2003 - Diagnosed with a Herniated Disc in Lower Back (sciatic pain as well) Sept 2006 - Diagnosed with PCOS July 2007 - Additional tests done to confirm I do NOT have PCOS Aug 2008 - New to Headaches/Migraines (awaiting more tests & follow up appts) Sept 2008 - Suspecting Endometriosis (scheduling Laparoscopic surgery to confirm)
