I am determined to be the healthiest I can be and to do everything I can to give my body what it needs to live an active, pain-free life for as long as possible. (Yay me!)
So, I figure the best way to go about this is with a sense of humour, a gigantic pinch of salt (not in my food, of course) and an attitude of experimentation. I’m trying out everything from yoga to walking to different eating plans, supplements (vitamin, oily and otherwise), meditation and mindfulness and anything else that comes my way.
I may tie myself up in knots, go a bit nutty, and end up eating and drinking some pretty bizarre things along the way, but it’s all part of the journey…
