Healthy & happy for the most part, thanks to some meds. I'm a little overweight :(( My main problems are injuries from sports and working 30 years in Construction in the tough East Coast weather.

My Story
I just turned 60 in March of 2009, big deal. I never worry about age but this was a milestone! Always felt I would be dead by any major birthdate. Grew up in a tough invirorment, made lots of stupid decisions but also a few really great ones. Happily married for 33 years, 2 beautiful daughters. My Mum, sister and nephews and niece are light of my life next to my own family.
