My Story
How I became diagnosed with IBS? Well it wasn't until a couple weeks after I turned 19 - and I started experiencing abdominal pain. I went to the clinic to see what they could tell me, and they did tests and I had an ultrasound done to see if I had gallstones. It took awhile to figure out that I have IBS. Now I became diagnosed with TMD/TMJ? Well not long after I was diagnosed with IBS, I started experiencing earaches - so I went to the clinic to see if it was an ear infection. They first diagnosed it as earwax build-up. After tthey removed the earwax, I still had the earaches, so then I went back tot he clinic and they then gave me antibiotics - they thought it was an ear infection, but the antibiotics wasn't doing anything. Only then I went to webmd.com and looked at the symptoms of TMD/TMJ and realized that I had the symptoms and I talked to my doctor and my dentist and my dentist had a nightguard made for me.
