I don't know what to put here. Since I have become a walking health problem that's all I think about. lol. just to give you a little taste, I have chronic back pain DDD herniated L4 L5 I am also Bipolar1 with panic attacks.

reading, playing with my dogs when I can that is. Most of the time I'm in to much pain to do much with my girls. Oh, try reading a book when your have a manic epi. lmao concentration is sooo not there
