have changed pills so much and they always stuff up! keep trying others or should i use the rod? whats better?

and i forgot to add, they've been like this for a whole month now. really worried.

blocked ears, hearings fine, no wax, no fluid, ear pressure fine.. what could be wrong with my ears?
