Even without ejaculation, the pre-ejaculate fluid contains enough viable spermatozoids to make the female pregnant. The pre-ejaculate fluid is hard to notice, but is usually present if there was a longer foreplay, or the male was aroused for a longer period before the intercourse. So, emergency oral contraceptive pills are highly recommended in order to decrease the chances for an unwanted pregnancy. However, a consult with a gynecologist is necessary because many of the oral contraceptive pills can cause life-threatening conditions.
