my husband is a 41 year old african american who recently had blood in his urine. the urologist sent him for a ct scan and ultrasound which came back clear but there was still blood in his urine. they did a cystoscopy and said his bladder looked good but there was blood around his prostate, he said it is probably just a prostatitis and gave him some antibiotics. 5 days later the doctor called him and said his urine came back positive for cancer. could that be bladder cancer or prostate cancer?
