i have a urine leakage problem can anyone know its cure

You should go to the doctor. This could be a UTI or something else going on. Also, doing Kegels can help (yes, men can do them to). Just flex the muscle you use to stop your urine over and over. Repeat several times a day.

But still see a doctor to make sure it's not an underlying condition.
