Good day, I have seen two separate urologists concerning, after urination drops of urine practically floods a little bit of my underwear. I have had this problem for a couple of years, but now I more concerned.

The first urologist mentioned my urine hole is narrower and may need to be opened more. That I understand.

The second urologists of a couple of months ago, said don't worry lots of men have this issue and to continue with toilet tissue.

He gave me the urine test for urine drop-back. He ran blood work and said they were fine; what he checked for I have no idea.

I want to resolve this issue. Its embarrassing. Should I find a surgerial urologist next?

From what I researched surgery is the likely option, but if medication can help....
