Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be due to urine infection, vaginal infection or even pregnancy (if it was unprotected intercourse). Since you are on catheter use, chances of infection are high. Consider visiting your doctor for examination and getting a urine analysis done along with a vaginal swab/smear test to confirm/rule out infection. If infectious causes are ruled out, you can wait for about 10 days and get a blood HCG test done to confirm/rule out pregnancy (blood HCG tests can show accurate and positive results as early as about 11 days post conception).
