Sneezing causes blood in urine

Yesterday afternoon, just when I was about to urine, I sneezed, the urine gushed out with a sharp pain inside my vagina. Not sure if I have hurt something inside the vagina. It hurts while I was urinating and when I wipe my vagina with tissue, there were traces of blood (pink color). After that, each time I urinated I felt the same pain and there were traces of blood too. I don't know if it's serious or not. I hoping it's just some minor internal cut due to the urine pressure gushing out, and hope it'll heal by itself in time.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Blood in urine can be due to various reasons as infection, injury, kidney or bladder disorders etc.but it should not be ignored at all.You require investigations as Urinalysis and culture, blood tests and USG scan to rule out the exact cause.Sometimes during periods some woman can exhibit light spotting in urine but vaginal pain is indicative of infection or some other issue.
Consider visiting a Physician for examination and investigations to rule out the exact cause.

Take care!
