Hi,
Iam 10 weeks pregnant and i take prenatals every day.
My urine is yellow even i drink plenty of water. Also i feel the discharge is yellow whenever i wipe it. But i dont have any irritation or itchy. It smells like medicine.
Do i have to worry about this?

well i have yellow discharge and when i urinate its yellow. its nothing to worry..
