Hi. My occupation sometimes puts me on the road via private bus or airlines for extended periods. When I'm traveling, I'm finding I have a hard time urinating when the vehicle's in motion (bus facilities or airplane facilities); sometimes just plain cannot urinate. Making stops is rarely an option for me when "in crisis".

Any ideas or suggestions or something I can take OTC that would help relax the urinary sphincter for those periods of time? I would take the trade-off of frequent urination over inability to do so if I had a choice...

Thank you all in advance for your help.
