During the day I urinate around every 1-2 hours and feel like I always need to pee. I have multiple sclerosis and know that weak bladder is a symptom related to MS, but are there things I can do to keep from having to go so much? I don't even drink enough fluids because I have to pee even more when I do drink as much water as I'm supposed to so I'm dehydrated all the time. I've tried holding it to train my bladder but I end up peeing even if I'm not at a toilet. It kinda scares me because I'm only 24 and I do not have health insurance because no one will cover me because I have a pre-existing condition (MS). I can't afford to go to the doctor because I am unemployed. I used to be on a daily shot called copaxone but had to quit over a year ago because it costs over $1000 a month.

The urinating problem isn't the only thing but the other symptoms I am used to and have learned to manage. The urinating thing is just getting a bit concerning to me.

Any suggestions? Maybe changing my diet? Taking a certain vitamin/mineral?

I say go to the websites and see if you have a program for reduced costs.
