Millions of men experience prostate problems every year. But what defines prostate enlargement and how does the prostate grow as it enlarges?...
What puts a man at risk of having an enlarged prostate? And what causes the prostate to grow in the first place? Answer your questions here....
An enlarged prostate rarely occur before a man is 40. Learn the signs and symptoms BEFORE they occur. And know when to seek help for bothersome symptoms....
age=73. Generally good health. 6'2' , 188 lbs. High PSA test 2/10, decided to go conventional open surgery. 10 days after release from hospital developed hemotoma, Dr. reopened, vac. treated 2 months, now healing with bandage.
Developed urinary restriction with moderate pain. Urologist inserted camera/wire through penis (very painful) and removed some scarring that allowed full flow w/ no pain. 3 weeks later (currently) restriction returning. Are there any alternatives, i.e. stint or whatever to permanently fix? Must I be awake during procedure as before?
Thank You

Hi Dick...Ouch, that sounds painful...Talk to your Urologist about possibly freezing the area....I am sorry as I am not familiar with the procedure, however, I do know that sometimes that they can put you out if you ask...Take care...
