I have a men's health problem that I need help with. Not sure if it's urinary or bladder problem but every time I take a leak i don't feel when i'm almost done...i don't feel any pressure to indicate that i'm done. It's a problem for me cos i sometimes have the last drops in my pants. Please let me know what to do.

Make an appointment with a urologist. He'll be able to determine what is causing this and get you back on track.
