Q: urinary pain

Ive been having urinary pain and burning sometimes. I have back pain and my kidneys feel tender. I get yellow discharge from my penis. I feel weak. I slept with a girl about a month ago and the symptoms started a week ago. What should I do? Wat could it be ? plz help and im 18

Please see a doctor to rule an infection. If it is an infection you need to be put on an antibiotic before it gets too advanced. You mentioned pain in the kidney area which is also a concern because an untreated UTI can lead to kidney infection.
