Q: Urinalysis test results

Hi, I'm male, 29yrs old. I had a urinalysis done after I discovered some, of what appears to be, blood in my urine. There are also some other dark colored discharge when I urinate. Burning sensation comes as I finish urinating, and continues for 10-15 secs then goes away.

Lately, I feel some lower and mid back pains. I also feel some pain when I inhale deep.

Here are the results.
Color: Yellow
Transparency: Cloudy
Specific Gravity: 1.030
Albumin: Trace
Sugar: Negative, pH:6.0
Pus Cells: Numerous/hpf
Red Blood Cells: 0-2/hpf
Epithelial Cells: positive
Bacteria: positive
Calcium Oxalate: positive

Any help interpreting this is much appreciated.

Thanks

Findings
Hello,

For those who have similar problems.

A background:
Bloody Urine with some discharge. I had a urinalysis done, results are at my 1st post.

I was admitted in the hospital for 3 days and several tests were performed (Blood tests, Ultrasound, Urinalysis, etc.

Findings:
I have stones in my gallbladder, the largest is over 3cm wide. This is the reason for my back pain.

My right kidney is also slightly inflamed due to an infection. I was treated with anti-biotics.

They also found out that I have a slight enlargement of the prostate. This may be related to my bloody urine an UTI.

My blood sugar results didn't go so well too. I am now a diabetic.

I have a fatty liver, and now being treated.

And because of these, I have a reactive hypertension which is now being controlled.

I am scheduled to meet with a surgeon next week and for more tests.

Dex
