urinalysis and abnormal blood test meaning

Hello,My 14 year old daughter has been having stabbing chest pains for around 12 months now, doctors found a heart murmor...hospital says they THINK it is precordial catch with anxiety,her urinalysis had leuk,red blood cells,protein and nitrite(think thats the correct spelling?) ...she had a blood test and they wont tell me the results, i have to wait for another blood tests to be done then speak to the consultant.also her beats per min should be around 84...hers is 121bpm?? Does anyone have any idea what all this information combined could mean?? thank you.katie.
