Q: Upset upper stomach

I've noticed that I've been having an upset stomach in the upper area of my stomach (upper abs) after I eat. For a while now I've also had slight dull pains in my left and right rib. It feels like it could be under the rib? It's too hard to explain the pain. I feel it more when I'm laying down or hunched over in a chair or couch.

I'm not sure what this could be. scared

Your repsonses are appreciated.

ps: I also suffer from panic/anxiety.

For how long have you experienced these symptoms ?
Do you drink a lot of alcohol or coffee?
Do you use non-opiate painkillers regularly?
Have you ever had some stomach problems in the past?
Can you tell me some more information from your medical history (previous illness, injuries, treatments etc.) and some personal data (age, sex, profession, family status etc)?
