Q: Upper spine popping

could you please tell me what it is when my upper back (spine) keeps popping when i sneeze or even cough , and causes so much pain after ? it feels as though something pops out of my upper spine

Your question involves the pain you feel and the resulting "popping" that occurs after sneezing or coughing.

It is though that the popping sensation you are experiencing is the result of subluxation of your spine and/or rib. You may wish to consult with a competent chiropractor or osteopathic doctor, as they are both trained in assessment and manipulation of the spine.
