Q: upper right quadrant pain

My Fiancee has been in pain for about 6 months now with pain in his upper right quadrant area down to his groin. He also has been throwing up, dizziness, nauseated, fatigue can't eat anything or he throws up. He has had a ultrasound a ct scan a H ida scan a chest x ray an blood work every test has came back normal. He's in so much pain he says it hurts to move, we have an 8 month and he can't even play with him. so what else is there to do please help. It just seems like its getting worse and his doctor doesn't seem to have a clue to what it may be. My fiancee just wants his gallbladder taken out but I don't know if that is what should be done. PLEASE HELP THANK YOU. Crying or Very sad
