I have been having upper rib pain on both sides which causes me to get gas and this happens once a day. I had surgery for an emergency appendicitis and about 2 weeks after i started getting this pain in my ribs. I also have diarrea every morning. does anyone know what this might be? I also suffer from anxiety attacks and stress. I dont know if i may just be stressing too much that it causes these pains. someone help.... should I maybe get an x-ray? .... Debra
