Q: Upper left sharp abdominal pain

I am getting very sharp pains under my ribcage on the left side, making it very hard to bend down, have a bowel movement. The pain started Saturday afternoon. I have been taking flexeril to help with the pain and it seemed to work last night but the pain is back this afternoon. What do you think this is?
