Extremely eHealthy
It will be good if you are examined for your pancreatic function.
As a one with history of gallbladder disease (gallbladder disease and gallstones, besides alcohol consumption are the most common cause for pancreatitis), you should be evaluated for your pancreas condition.
It is well known that only one previous episode of acute pancreatitis can lead to chronc one.
When there is a chest pain, and a cardiac (heart) cause can't be found, pancreatitis needs to be taken into consideration, too.
Also, chest pain and left arm pain can have a musculosceletal origin.

Best wishes!
