Q: Upper Back Pain

I have a pain, in my upper left back.

It's below my shoulder, around my ribcage, I think.

It doesn't appear to be muscular, I don't feel any soreness.

I've had this pain for over a week now.

What could it be?

i would go to see a doctor. hospital bills are more expensive though

things like x rays or other tests start to need insurance coverage...
