Ive had lower back pain from past minor accidents and long hours of sitting job. A week ago took an aerobics fitness class at the gym called "step fit" followed by "barbell blast" total of 1.5 hrs.
It felt really really tiring and hard on my back. However I didnt feel anything break or like a disc slip or anything during the exercise.
The last week Ive had on and off pain in my upper back feels like a disc has herneited or rupterd but just slightly. The other morning after lying on my back for 20 mins I got excruciating pain in my upper back. My back became all tight happens some times. I cannot goto a doctor here in canada since no insurance.
Its been a week now the pain is not that bad and only intermittent. Occurs mostly in certain positions. should I rest in bed or start exercising at gym like stretches? swimming? light weights (10 pounds)? Pleasseeeeeee anyone any recommendations greatly appreciated.
