For about a month now almost every morning I wake up with stiffness from by shoulder blades up through my neck. Sometimes it is much worse than others. Could it be my bed?, my pillow. I have tried all positions with my head. I used to sleep without a pillow and that does not help either. Could this be or is this a sign of something else?

it sounds muscular but if you begin to feel tingling or numbness best you get to your dr. you might try moving your arms like doing a dog paddle to loosen muscles up. a massage therapist might help....pete
