I woke up out of my sleep with the worst upper back pain I have ever felt. It was like a rope was being tied around me and the pain was also in the middle of my chest basically right inbetween my breasts. I was pretty much in tears and could hardly stand up straight. After a few minutes I started vomiting pretty badly and the pain worsened. The pain is still there and it's been about 2 hours. I have no other symptoms, should I worry or be seen by a doctor?
