Updating my vitamin supplements

Hi all,

I am new to the forum but would like to get your views on my vitamin regimen. I am a 58 year old male with borderline high blood pressure (controlled on a low dose of Bystolic) and diabetes type 2 (controlled on a metformin and diet. At the moment the supplements I take are: coenzyme Q10, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin D3, Reservatrol, multivitamin, fish oil, and an aspirin 81 mg.

My wife is 67 who has high blood pressure on metoprolol, thyroid disease on Synthroid, and trouble concentrating on B12. She is also on the same vitamin regimen as I am on.

Please let me know if this is a good regimen for the 2 of us and if not what we can do to maximize our regimen.

Thanks
