Q: Unwanted weight loss

Just over a week ago, I weighed myself to 56kg. I know, light, but I have been all my life.

Anyway, I have had a week off school now and in that time, I have consumed 3 large quarter pounder meals and mcdonalds and 4 large pizzas. That is additional to my regular eating including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I know this is unhealthy, but this has been in general celebrations of having no school with my friends and will most likely decline now.

I weighed myself today to find that I am 53.8kg. Why would I have lost so much weight in a week? I don't have much of a muscle mass and don't work out regularly, so loss of muscle can't be an explanation for it.

Weird!
But any change in diets and activity can cause a weight loss. Also if you've been stressed lately, maybe about the end of school, then that will also contribute.

If you continue to lose weight, you need to speak with a doctor. This isn't really considered a healthy weight loss, however with the change from school being out you may have an excuse for it.

Keep us updated!

Changed today.
Seems to just have been a bump from the stress. I'm going back up now. On 55. I had been worrying about my final exam which I had yesterday.

Maybe you took a large one when you went to the bathroom after that insanely large meal =P

Ok, all kidding aside, weigh yourself over the weeks to come and see if it varies. If you just checked yourself that one time and noticed a change, it could have been something as simple as that your weighing device isn't calibrated or its simply malfunctioning.

You need a diet that is consistant. not binge eating and eating crappy foods. Seeking the advice and diet plan from a nutritionist as myself would benefit you greatly. PM me for details if you are serious.
